A Massive Start To 2019… And How Your Teenager Can Be Part Of It!
Well it’s been over a week now since we kicked off our first Empower U Program for 2019, and it was MASSIVE! We had over 100 participants in attendance and even had to close enrolments weeks early due to the limited venue capacity.
As I’m sure you can imagine, having over 100 participants meant that the energy in the room was electric right from the moment the participants walked through the doors on the Friday night. While the program was not without its struggles, we know from experience that when there is a struggle, the outcome is almost always greater for the participants and the team.
Read below for what some of our participants had to say about their experience…
“An absolutely essential learning experience for young people to get an advantage in all aspects of life. Incredibly knowledgeable presenter, and incredibly helpful assist team, just to go along with the huge amount of like minded individuals that you meet along the way.”
“This program is probably the best thing I could have ever chosen to do with my weekend. Not only did it teach me life skills and secrets to success, but it helped me overcome barriers and therefore made me motivated and excited for life. Previously procrastination was a huge problem for me and finding motivation was difficult but after this program my whole outlook on life has changed for the better and I can’t recommend it enough.”
For many participants who came along with their brother, sister, other family members, or friends, the program was an incredibly enriching experiencing on another level, as the weekend is truly bonding for everyone who attends together unlike anything else. To come out of the weekend with the knowledge and new perspective that the program provides alongside someone you spend a lot of time with, it allows the participants to really support each other in achieving their dreams, goals, and ambitions beyond the program, and gives them a language and experience they share together.
